Now that Bake it Happen has officially come to an end (I will announce results from the campaign this week), I’m back to my normal grind. A piece of my Sunday afternoons is usually reserved for my weekly meal planning. It helps alleviate any added stress during those frenetic afterschool hours. Chicken Potpie
I remember eating chicken pot pies in the lunchroom at school. There was something so intriguing and mysterious about each student having their own little miniature pie-baked meal. They were a welcomed hearty meal usually served on a cold winter's day. In the past week, I've received emails from at least a DOZEN random people telling me they made Mom’s Garlic Chicken recipe and it was delicious.
