Bebe’s Coleslaw
The temperature reached the mid eighties today and we enjoyed two out of three of our meals al fresco. It's safe to say the cole slaw is a staple summer side. I’m trying out some simple veggie recipes because I find that during the summer months, we increase our vegetable intake two-fold. If you’ve ever searched for creative ways to integrate new vegetables into your dinnertime rotation, this recipe is key. Since starting this blog, over the past three years I’ve succeeded in getting my kids to eat (and like) a plethora of veggies.
