Most desserts that are kosher for Passover don't seem that appealing. However, this Chocolate Chip Mandel Bread recipe will make you reconsider. Mandel Bread in Yiddish literally means twice- baked almond bread. It's made by forming dough into a loaf, baking it, slicing the loaf into oblong cookies and baking again. Dry-Roasted Edamame with Cranberry Mix
It's hard to believe edamame has been around since the 13th century. Edamame's Japanese translation is "branched bean." They're actually young, green soybeans when they're picked, so they're soft rather than hard and dry like mature soy beans.
