Don't get fooled into thinking that the grill is only a destination for meats in the summertime. Au contraire. Last summer I had an AHA moment when I started grilling fruits and vegetables on the grill and my family actually LOVED the dishes. That's right. With the holiday weekend upon us who isn’t looking for a relaxing weekend of sun, swimming and some BBQ? Finally, the temperature soared into the low 80’s this weekend. New York City was bursting with people who seemed to come out of an extended wintry hibernation.
