My garden is THRIVING right now. While it’s only an 8x6 plot of land, managing the veggies has been quite an adventure. Who doesn’t want to take a "dip" in the summer? For me, summertime means lots of cold drinks and easy, refreshing appetizers that can be served at lunch with a bag of chips or as an appetizer pre-BBQ. It’s almost officially SUMMERTIME! School is winding down and my kids are ready to take full advantage of their carefree days. Kale Dip with Carrots
We started making homemade kale chips just a few weeks ago and already my kids have asked if there's anything else we can "do" with this new favorite veggie.
