Our garden is so overgrown, it’s quite embarrassing. It looks as though it hasn't been maintained for months, and it has. My son has an insatiable desire to learn everything he can about the world; mainly about other countries. I’m sharing another recipe from my recipe exchange last week. While some of my friends weren’t thrilled with the recipes they received –apparently dishes comprised of mainly processed canned foods--- I lucked out and have already experimented with three of them.
