Finally, the temperature soared into the low 80’s this weekend. New York City was bursting with people who seemed to come out of an extended wintry hibernation. Mother’s Day: Kale Frittata

Mother’s Day will never be the same for me after having lost my own mother. Now that I’m raising two kids there are so many days I feel rudderless, wishing that I could just pick up the phone to talk to Mom. Her voice and smile were my much-needed life preserver, protecting me and assuring me that indeed, everything would be ok.
