    I use my blender to make “Sofrito”, a mixture of several vegetables used for cooking many Spanish dishes “Sofrito” is a stable in my house as I cook many Spanish dishes. My blender just stopped working so now i cannot make my seasoning. I would use the Ninja Pro to make my Sofrito. .
